GENERAL GUIDELINES➤ My work is for personal use first and foremost, any commercial use requires my explicit consent and further private discussion in regards to the way it will be used. Please see “USE: PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL” for more info.
➤ Please provide thorough references for the character(s) to be drawn.
➤ I have the right to deny a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.
➤ When it comes to rudeness I have the right to cancel the commission. The commission will also be cancelled if T.O.S are not followed properly.

TURNAROUND TIME & DEADLINESMy turnaround time is usually of around 2 weeks to a month but depending on piece complexity as well as my schedule delivery time could be subject to change.Please do check in with me if you would like a change to the estimated time of delivery or if you have any inquiries about the delivery/progress of your piece.For deadlines, rush fees will apply though this varies from commission type, some might be cheaper while others might be more expensive, the amount of time given also factors into these fees. The base fee is of $20.

PAYMENTS➤ Full payment upfront but I’m open to half and half or payment plans.
➤ No refunds after a sketch is provided and approved of unless I am unable to finish the commission in which case you will be offered a refund.
➤ I will only start working on the piece once payment is provided, even if it is half. If it isn’t the request will be canceled.
➤ Paypal taxes are already accounted for in base pricing.

USE: PERSONAL & COMMERCIALAs mentioned previously, my work is for personal use only unless stated otherwise, in which case, further discussion of the commercial use for the piece will be needed.Commercial pieces, depending on the kind, could have their prices double or tripled. Usually the following percentages are used for services such as:➜ Commercial use: Content Creation
50% base price of the original piece.➜ Commercial use: Merchandising

100% base price of the original piece.If you bought a personal piece but would rather use it commercially please contact me to discuss the commercial fee I will need to charge in order for you to use said piece in such a way.➤ Do not use my art for any nft or crypto projects.
➤ Do not use my art to train any AI models.
➤ Credit at least once when posting.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAs the artist I retain the copyright, ownership and redistribution of the piece.I can post or use the piece within my portfolio or social media accounts, though by request I can keep the piece private.The piece will not be used for commercial purposes unless this is discussed with me and approved, otherwise it will remain for personal use only.
